Debutante
|
The Debutante is an instrument well-suited for young beginners. It has the same string range and spacing as the Chamber Harp, only it is a bit smaller, lighter, and simpler, though still an excellent-sounding instrument, and fairly tightly strung. The Debutante, as the Chamber Harp of course, uses concert-gauge strings. The range of finishes for the Debutante is more limited because of the nature of its design. The more common finish is simple maple or blond as pictured below. |

The Debutante below has what
we call the maple-walnut “two-tone” finish.
The “two-tone” finish may also be in a maple-cherry combination. |
